SANTINI, Robert Fiorino
of Lansing Passed away Monday evening, November 14, 2011. Robert was born January 10, 1915 in New Brunswick, NJ the son of Umberto and Felomena Costanza Santini. He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Prior to his retirement in 1985 he was employed for 28 years with General Motors. Robert was a member of the St. Casimir Catholic Church and enjoyed doing volunteer work at the Senior Center. He mostly enjoyed spending time with his family. On September 7, 1963 he was united in marriage to the former Margaret Wamsley, who survives. Also surviving are his son, Lou Tami Santini; 5 grandchildren, Analisha, Emily, Josie, Annie, and Kylie; and several in laws, nieces, and nephews. There will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 o?clock Tuesday, November 22, at Ft. Custer National Cemetery with full military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Meals on Wheels. Arrangements by Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick.
