Robert T. Mc Neilage

November 9, 1926 — December 10, 2015

Passed into glory Thursday evening December 10, 2015. He'll be sorely missed by his family and many friends, who will always remember his terrific sense of humor, quick wit and big heart. Bob was born November 9, 1926 in Ferndale, Michigan to Dougall and Jean (Graham) McNeilage. A Hillsdale College graduate, he served with the U.S. Army during WWII. He worked in sales for Shaw-Walker and MasterCraft companies for over 40 years, and was an active member of Comstock Christian Reformed Church. He came to faith later in life and was so grateful for his church family, his pastor and his Lord. Bob was preceded in death by his first wife, Virginia Ludwicki in 1981; and a sister, Margaret Fisher. He is survived by Thea (Dunham) McNeilage; daughter, Debra McNeilage of Shelby Township, MI; son, Todd (Andrea) McNeilage of Bowling Green, KY; 2 grandsons, Tom (Bernadette) McNeilage of California and Alex McNeilage of Kentucky; a sister, Ann West of Texas; and many beloved nieces and nephews. A memorial services will be held 2 o'clock Friday, December 18th at Comstock Christian Reformed Church, 5300 Comstock Ave. Family visitation is 5-8pm Thursday, December 17th at Langeland Family Funeral Home, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St. Memorials may be directed to the Comstock CRC.
