Kalamazoo, Michigan Passed away Friday, may 2, 2008. He was born July 22, 1964 in Kalamazoo, a son of Robert and Florence Lyon and had lived in Kalamazoo for several years. Bob had served in the Unites States Army for 20 years and was an enrollment counselor for the University of Phoenix. He is survived by his son, Jason Lyon of Kalamazoo; a daughter, Brandy Lyon of Paw Paw; 3 sisters; and 2 brothers. Following interment at Ft. Custer National Cemetery, a memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 PM Friday in the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St., with Rev. Tindale Alexander officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. www.langelands.com 343-1508
