LOEDEMAN, Robert D. ?Bob?
Of Kalamazoo Went to be with his Lord Friday morning, January 4, 2008 at the Rose Arbor Hospice Residence. Bob was born October 17, 1947 in Kalamazoo the son of Gilles and Ida Storteboom Loedeman. He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was employed for 38 years with Parker Hannifin?s Pneumatic Division. Bob enjoyed hunting, bowling, working in his yard and garden, and spending time with his family. He is survived by his 2 daughters, Courtney Jerrod McClellan, Amanda Loedeman; 2 grandchildren, Jago and William McClellan; the mother of his daughters, Wendy Thysse; his mother, Ida Loedeman; brother and sisters, Janice Gene Dyksterhouse, Gerald Lana Loedeman, Judy Jim Phillips; sister-in-law, Dennie Loedeman; and several nieces and nephews. Bob was preceded in death by his father; and a brother, Stan Loedeman. A service to celebrate Bob?s life will be held 7:00 o?clock Tuesday evening at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 South 9th Street with Pastor Kent Frens of Hope Reformed Church officiating. Friends may meet the family Monday from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Westside Chapel. Private family interment will be in West Cooper Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Southwest Michigan. www.langelands.com
