COPELAND, Robert E. Jr. "Bobby"
of Kalamazoo, Michigan Bobby passed away May 16, 2012 at his home. He was born August 20, 1958 in Kalamazoo, the son of Robert Sr. and Delores Wright Copeland. Bobby was an avid race car fan and loved going to the Kalamazoo Speedway. He also enjoyed attending his families sporting events. Surviving are his father and step-mother, Robert Sr. Mary Copeland of Kalamazoo; 2 sisters, Ruth Kevin Norton of Kentwood and Debbie Werner of Otsego; 4 nieces and nephews; Travis, Justin, James and Alex; special aunt, Louise Boulding of Oshtemo; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, step-siblings, and extended family. Preceding him in death were his mother, Delores Copeland and brother, Kevin Copeland. Funeral services for Bobby will be at 3:00 PM on Monday at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick Street, where friends may visit with the family from 2:00 PM until the time of services. Memorial contributions may be directed to InterAct of Michigan.
