Rebecca J. Young

YOUNG, Rebecca Kalamazoo Passed away Sunday, June 24, 2007. She was born February 24, 1970 in Ft. Sheridan, IL the daughter of Lynn P. and Rebecca Cook Goolsby and was a resident of the Kalamazoo area for the past 25 years. Rebecca was employed in the cleaning business area was a music fan and loved karaoke. She was a fun loving, free spirited person. She was preceded in death by her mother, Rebecca Goolsby on December 8, 2000. She is survived by her father, Lynn Goolsby of Kalamazoo; her sons, Wesley Hough and Kyle Young both of Kalamazoo; a granddaughter, Haleigh; sisters, Kimberly Smith and Andelin Goolsby, both of Kalamazoo; a brother, Joseph Goolsby of Kalamazoo; many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Friday in the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St. with Rev. Doug Vardell officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.
