of Galesburg Passed away March 11, 2010 at her home. She was born December 20, 1933 in White Pigeon, MI, to the late Mortimer and Gatha Myers Spreuer. Phyllis was united in marriage to Gene Alford, who preceded her in death. Phyllis was a homemaker who also loved to sell Avon from her home. Surviving Phyllis are her children, Vicki Bill Austin of Vicksburg, Michael Judy Hull of Middleville, Brenda Timothy Smith of Hicksville, OH, George Patty Atwood of Galesburg and Joan Alford of Galesburg; many grand and great grandchildren. No visitation or services are scheduled. Burial will take place at Ft. Custer National Cemetery, beside her late husband. Arrangements by the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S.
