Paul G Berge Ph.D.

BERGE, Paul G., PhD Kalamazoo Died December 13, 2006 at Bronson Hospital. Paul was born May 30, 1931 in Madison, WI, the son of Clairmont and Catherine Huffman Berge and had lived in Kalamazoo since 1981, previously residing in Madison, WI. Prior to his retirement he was employed for 20 years at Western Michigan University. He was a very devoted and long time member of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church. Paul was preceded in death by his wife Patricia in 1985, by a son Quentin Berge in 2004, a daughter Wilhelmina Berge in 1988 and by his father Clairmont in 1995. Surviving are 5 children, Timothy Vickie Berge of Denver, CO, William Berge of Fernadino Beach, FL, Peter Berge of Austin, Tx, Teresa Berge of Rockford, IL and Siegfried Berge of Puyallop, WA; 9 grandchildren and a brother Richard Eileen Berge of Fair Oaks, CA. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 21 at 11:00 am at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church with Mother Kathleen Kingslight officiating.
