Nina M. Bennett

BENNETT, Nina M. Kalamazoo Died January 3, 2007. Nina was born April 17, 1909 in Kalamazoo, MI, the daughter of Jay and Annie Polderman Bennett. She graduated from Kalamazoo Central High School and has been a lifelong resident of Kalamazoo. She was formerly employed at the W.T. Grant Company and later for 29 years at the Upjohn Company. She was a member of the First Reformed Church for many years and was an active volunteer for several organizations. Surviving are a half brother Donald Thayer of Avon, NY; very close friends for 65 years, Noni and John McCrorey of Kalamazoo and their family; Nina?s family, Janalee and Pat O?Donoghue of Portage, Susan and Ron Heath of Vicksburg and Debi and Kim Heath of Gobles and their families. There will be no visitation. Graveside services for the inurnment of cremated remains will be held at 3:00 o?clock Wednesday in Section I at Riverside Cemetery with the Rev. Mark Walvoord officiating.
