Passed away Monday, December 13, 2010 at her home. Nedra was born November 1, 1913 in Memphis, MI, a daughter of Charles E. and Lucy Anna Taylor Lewis and had lived in Climax for many years. She was a member of the Scotts United Methodist Church and had owned and operated "Nedra's Beauty Shop" for several years. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Glen E. Brown in 1987; 2 infant sons; 3 sisters; and 1 brother. Surviving are her children, Charles Diane Brown of Climax, Carol Gil Heilman of Reed City and Richard Nancy Brown of WI; step-grandchildren, Kenneth Lewman, Robert P. Lewman, Anna Lewman, Keith Patty Lewman, Autumn and Nicholas Lewman; several grand and great grandchildren. Cremation has taken place and no visitation or services are planned at this time.
