Nancy Agnus Rubino

Nancy A. Rubino, 84, died Tuesday, January 14, 2020 in Kalamazoo. She was born June 12, 1935, in Cleveland, OH a daughter of James F. and Louise (Jacobs) Mulcahy and grew up in Chicago, IL. Nancy loved her job at GD Searle but gave it up to start a family and raise her children. She enjoyed years of playing softball and volleyball, always staying active and on the go. Nancy always loved spending time with her family at her beloved Eagle Lake. For the past several years, she enjoyed activities with her friends from the senior center. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, James Mulcahy and Kenneth Mulcahy. Nancy is survived by two daughters, Dottie (Eddie) Haley of Lockport, IL and Trish (Don) DeKilder of Grand Junction, MI; three grandchildren, Melina (Bryan) Adams, Michaela DeKilder and Luke Haley; a great-grandson, Rhett Adams; a sister, Dorothy Polacek; and several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will be held Thursday, January 23rd from 5 to 8 PM at Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services, 3926 S 9th St, Kalamazoo, MI 49009 where a memorial service will be held Friday, January 24th at 1 PM with Pastor Gary Napp, officiating.
