PROHM, Nancy Jo
Of Portage Nancy passed away Tuesday afternoon, May 14, 2013 at her home. She was born January 15, 1952 in Wyandotte, MI to the late E.C. and Mary A. Kornfumpf Lea, and grew up in Dearborn. Surviving are her two daughters, Mary Prohm of Portage and Kristin Paul Schultz of Kalamazoo; five grandchildren, Abbey Edsall, Scarlett Schultz, Paul Schultz II, Tristan Schultz, and Marleigh Schultz; and sister, Ethyl Val Gursky of Conway, South Carolina. Preceding her in death were her parents and sister, Mary Frances Lea. A funeral service celebrating Nancy's live will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday at Langeland Family Funeral Homes with a reception to follow. Friends may visit with the family from 5-8 PM on Friday the funeral home. Private entombment will be in Michigan Memorial Park in Flat Rock, MI. Memorial contributions may be directed to American Cancer Society or Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan.
