Mildred E. Kribs

KRIBS, Mildred E. of Statesboro, GA Formerly of Portage Mrs. Kribs went home to be with her Lord Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at her home in Statesboro, GA. She was born November 30, 1917 in Indiana and raised by the late Benjamin and Helen Bishop Ober. Mildred was a longtime member of Calvary Bible Church, where she served along side her husband and children. She was a former Girl Scout leader and volunteered for March of Dimes. Mrs. Kribs was reunited with her husband, Richard Kribs, Jr; and a son Richard Kribs III. Surviving are four children, Kelly Klosterman of Hayden, CO, Mical John England of Marcellus, Fran Michael Densham of Kalamazoo and Stephanie Paul Kenney of Statesboro, GA; one daughter-in-law, Marcia Kribs of Lynchburg, TN; seventeen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. Funeral services for Mrs. Kribs will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Avenue, with Dale Bensinger officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday morning from 10:00 until the time of services at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
