HOMAN, Mrs. Mildred E.
Kalamazoo, Michigan Died Sunday evening August 2, 2009. Mildred was born February 6, 1909 in Kalamazoo, Michigan a daughter of Carl and Mable Neal Robinson. She had been a lifelong Kalamazoo area resident and was a member of Sunnyside United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roy L. Homan on September 21, 1973; 2 sisters, Alice Robinson and Agnes Ethridge; a brother, Asa Robinson; infant twin brothers; and 2 sons-in-law, Norman and Robert. She is survived by 3 daughters, Virginia Heitman of Ferguson, MO, Shirley Weston of Baldwin, MI, and Betty Jean Bob Morehouse of Kalamazoo; 6 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services will be held 1 o'clock Thursday from the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8pm Wednesday.
