of Kalamazoo Died Saturday morning November 3, 2012. Michael was born May 7, 1952 in Kalamazoo, Michigan a son of Robert and Esther Summerville Campbell. Years ago, he served Honorably with the U.S. Marines. He had been a lifelong Kalamazoo area resident and was employed with the Pavilion Estates Park before retiring in 2000. He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 sisters; and a brother. On March 5, 2005, he was united in marriage to Dorothy "Annette" Borden Campbell who survives. Also surviving, 4 children, Michael Campbell of Kalamazoo, Christopher Lisa Campbell of Vicksburg and Danielle Daniel Rambadt and Thomas Mysti Fries all of Kalamazoo; 14 grandchildren; 4 siblings, Mary Lee Gosnell, Dolores Price, and Nancy Boltjes all of Kalamazoo, and Thomas Campbell of Indiana; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services will be held 2 o'clock Sunday, November 18th at the Kalamazoo Free Methodist Church, 931 W. Maple St. Private burial will take place at a later date. Friends may meet the family one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be directed to the Kidney Foundation.
