ALSUP, Maxine E.
Portage Maxine passed away Friday, December 21, 2007 at Borgess Medical Center. She was born January 25, 1924 in Decatur, MI, one of twelve children to William and Margaret Wiles Krueger. Maxine was preceded in death by 9 brothers and sisters and is survived by her brother, Arnold Krueger and sister, Marion Tyler. Also surviving are her seven children: Lorna Kerry Melson of Lawrence, Mark Alsup of Kalamazoo, Cynthia Alsup of Portage, Erick Alsup of Portage, Mitchell Alsup of Portage, Julie Ken Teague of Lawton, and Loretta Mac McGonigal of Thornton, CO; 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or services. She will be missed deeply by all.
