Marylee D. Gosnell

Marylee D. Gosnell, age 90 of Kalamazoo, died on June 1, 2024, at Alamo Nursing Home. She was born March 5, 1934, in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Robert and Esther (Summerville) Campbell. On December 31, 1955, Marylee married Bill Gosnell. They shared 50 years together, until his death in 2005. Marylee was a clerk at the Kalamazoo State Hospital for 29 years. Her church family, at Comstock Christian Reformed Church, and her Faith were very important to Marylee. She enjoyed sharing breakfast with friends and family at any restaurant in town. Everywhere she went, she met new friends. Her family includes her children: Karen (Ron) Tucker, Kimberly Gosnell (Andre Jones), and Katherine Gosnell; her grandchildren: Jodi Ketchum (Scott Chisholm), Billie (Daryl) Nelson, Alex Tucker, Brian Landrum, Bradley (Racheal) Landrum, Brock (Teri) Geer, Brooke (Jon) Dawson, Brittany (Gregory) Hale-Sandifer, Andrew (Nicole) Aernie, and Nicolas Aernie (Sonya Oliver); her 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; her sister Nancy Boltjes; her brother Thomas Campbell; and many special nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at The River; 517 Walbridge Street; Kalamazoo, MI 49007 on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at noon.
