of Kalamazoo, Michigan Mary passed away Sunday, February 3, 2013 at the Laurels of Galesburg. She was born April 8, 1916 in Porter Township, MI. Mary was employed by Adams & Westlake Ltd. for many years until her retirement. Preceding her in death were her husband, Lee Kratzer in 1984; her mother, Eva Clark Gardner; and two sisters, June Sherman and Wanda McCullough. Surviving are her brother, Gerald Ruth Gardner of Portage and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service for Mary will be at 3:00 PM on Saturday at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Avenue, where friends may visit with her family from 2:00 PM until the time of service. Private interment will be in Kessington Cemetery.
