HUFFMAN, Mary Winifred
of Kalamazoo, Michigan Win passed away Monday afternoon, December 10, 2012 at Friendship Village. She was born November 9, 1916 in College View, Nebraska, one of four daughters to Ben and Alice Moore Schwab. Surviving are her four daughters, Mary Jack LaDue, Kathy Boyer, Karen Huffman Rick Swern and Kristine Huffman Reinout VanWagtendonk; two grandchildren, Jessica Michael Wallace and Jennifer Boyer Tom Mausen; a great-grandson, Trey; two sisters, Barbara Schwendiman and Dorothy Vosler; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her husband, L.D. Huffman; son, Roger Huffman; sister, Ruth Seitz and brother, Robert Schwab. A gathering to celebrate Win's life will take place on Saturday from 6 to 8 PM at Friendship Village Kiva Room, 1400 N. Drake Road. Memorials may be made to the Friends Fund at Friendship Village or to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan. Arrangements by Langeland Family Funeral Homes.
