RUTGERS, Mr. Mark A.
Kalamazoo, MI Died Friday afternoon June 10, 2011. Mark was born February 15, 1958 in Kalamazoo, Michigan; son of Marvin and Ollie Beutler Rutgers. He had been a Kalamazoo area resident most of his life and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. Mark was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, David Boyce. He is survived by 2 sons, Christopher Rutgers of Kalamazoo and Shaun Rutgers, currently serving in the military; his parents, Marv and Ollie Rutgers; a sister, Denise Boyce; 2 brothers, Ron and Kyle Rutgers, all of Kalamazoo; and several aunts, uncles, a niece, nephews, and cousins. Services will be held 11 o'clock Thursday at Zion Lutheran Church, 2122 Bronson Blvd. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery.
