Passed away Sunday June 7, 2020 at the age of 73. She was born July 6, 1946 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Lee and Gertrude (Brooks) Schau. Marjorie attended Kirkland Community College where she trained for her career as a medical assistant. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and also enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings; Marlene, Marcia, Marvin, Marshall, Martin and Phillip. She is survived by her children; Brian (Chris) Burt, and Brandy (Mike) Piper, grandchildren; Katelyn, Jackson, Emma, Sarah, Brian Jr. (Megan), Jaimie (Nick P.), Nick B., great grandchildren; Olivia, Owen, Roslyn, Arlo and Rylan, sister; Mary (Clarence) Sutherland, very special friend Rosemary "Dutzie" Hotrum, as well as many nieces and nephews. A very special thank you to the caregivers at Henry Ford Allegiance Health Hospice House for their loving care of Marjorie. Private family services will be held.
