Marcella Grace Muller

Marcella Grace Muller, daughter of the late Fanno and Tena Wubben Van Hove was born August 2, 1932, in Clara City, Minnesota, and went to be with the Lord on December 3, 2023.  At an early age, she professed her faith in Jesus Christ and was an active member of Grace Christian Reformed Church for more than 60 years. Marci also served faithfully with CRWRC, Christian Cottage Imports, Second Impressions, and Crossroads Prison Ministry.   

On August 28, 1953, she married Edward Muller and moved to Kalamazoo in 1959.  Marci was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ervin Van Hove; brother-in-law, Stan Hoogeveen; her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Marie and Joe Borek; and brothers-in-law, Alfred Muller and Howard Muller; her grandson-in-law, Eric Westra; and her great-grandson Reuben Hoekwater.  She is survived by her four children, Rod (Carla) Muller, Brenda (David) Neher, Lora (John) VanderKamp, Curt (Sherry) Muller; 12 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Clara Hoogeveen; her sister-in-law, Cora Muller, and many nieces and nephews.  

The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 6, 2023, from 6-8:00 pm and Thursday, December 7th, from 10-11:00 am at Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services 3926 S 9th Street Kalamazoo, MI 49009. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 11:00 am at the funeral home, with a reception immediately following.
