Lynda Kay Howe

HOWE, Lynda Kay Of Kalamazoo Passed away Wednesday October 11, 2006. Lynda was born May 17, 1948 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Edward and Arlene Lynn Wolf and has been a lifelong area resident. For 17 years she was employed at the Gull Road K-Mart. Through the years, she was affiliated with of the Alamo Congregational Church; enjoyed reading; keeping in touch with family and friends on the phone and most of all loved spending special times with her family. On May 20, 1966, Lynda was married to Harold A. Howe who preceded her in death on March 20, 1999. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Maxine Roe. Surviving are 3 children, Alan H. Tracy Howe of Kalamazoo, Tammy L. Bainbridge of Schoolcraft and Kimberly A. Howe of Otsego; 6 grandchildren, Aaron, Tara, Shane and Ally Howe, Douglas and Sarah Bainbridge; 3 brothers, Robert Donna Lamb of Portage, Paul Nancy Wolf of Allegan and Gary Cinda Wolf of Vicksburg; nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8pm and Saturday from 12-2pm at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick Street where Funeral Services will be held 2:00pm Saturday with Pastor Karen Bainbridge officiating. Following visitation cremation will take place and a private interment will be held in Alamo Cemetery. Memorials in Lynda?s memory may be directed to the Lupus Foundation.
