Luewanna leaves behind her children, William "Billy" Lowe, Kathleen "Kathy" Lowe and Robert Lowe; 1 granddaughter, Christina Lowe; brother, Ronald Penny Keller; and mother-in-law, Mary Jane Donaldson. Leuwanna is preceded in death by her father-in-law, Robert Donaldson. Cremation has taken place. No visitation or services are scheduled.
