WYNNE, Lois A.
of Portage Passed away December 23, 2011. She was born October 19, 1932 in Otsego to the late Wilbur and Amanda "Joyce" Bottomly Anderson. She was united in marriage to Willard Wynne on December 19, 1953 who preceded her in death in 1987. Lois enjoyed many activities and among them were sewing, painting and gardening and she was a member of Portage First United Methodist Church. Surviving Lois are her children, Robin Deby Wynne of Otsego and Judy David Carson of Portage; 16 grandchildren; sister, Nancy Anderson; and several nieces and nephews. Also preceding Lois in death were 2 daughters, Ann Adamson and Stella Deppe-Heissler; a son, Steven Wynne; and 3 brothers and 1 sister. A private memorial service has been held. Arrangements by the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 East Centre Ave. The family would like to extend a very special thank you to the staff at Gull Arbor Assisted Living for their caring, concerned and compassionate way in which they cared for Lois; in their words, "extraordinary". In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
