of Kalamazoo Passed away November 14, 2011 in Kalamazoo. She was born January 2, 1971 in Kalamazoo. She graduated from Kalamazoo Central High School and Davenport University. She was united in marriage to Ryan Doremus on May 20, 2000. Lisa's family was first and foremost in her life and among her other interests were spending time at the cabin up north, taking family vacations and doing her scrapbooking. She worked in the Bronson Hospital E.R. as a unit clerk for 8 years. Surviving Lisa are her husband, Ryan and their children, Charlise and Colton Doremus of Kalamazoo; parents, Larry Marcia Greer, David Linda Doremus and Linda Greer; siblings, Jennifer, Emily, Natalie, Curtis and Megan Greer and Kyle Marie-Elena Doremus; grandmothers, Betty Greer, Joan Spicer and Pat VanWoert; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins. Family will greet friends on Friday from 1-2:00 pm at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St. where a memorial service will begin at 2:00 o'clock. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family at First Community Federal Credit Union.
