TREPANIER Hays, Linda
Of Kalamazoo Linda was born August 7, 1948, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the daughter of Everett and Jean Woodruff Hays and died June 15, 2010 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Monica Trepanier of Plainfield, IL; three grandchildren, Drew, Connor and Jacob Trepanier; her brother, Alan Cathy Hays of Kalamazoo; and former husband, Roger Trepanier. Linda was preceded in death by both of her parents. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Kalamazoo College and was a teacher for Portage Public Schools. Linda was instrumental in the inception as well as the success of the International Baccalaureate program in the Portage Public Schools. She had a true love for teaching and for her students for the past 40 years. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4-8 PM at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 South 9th Street, where a service to celebrate Linda's life will be held 10:30 AM Saturday with Pastor James Dyke officiating.
