of Portage, Michigan Passed away September 6, 2008 at University of Michigan Hospital. She was born March 20, 1947 in Natrona Heights, PA to the late Frank and Pearl Bush Rush. Linda earned her nursing degree from Allegheny Valley Hospital School of Nursing. She proudly served in the U.S. Army, served for one year in Vietnam and was decorated many times until she retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. After her retirement, she served as a Registered Nurse for Bronson Methodist Hospital for 20 years. A dedicated and loving mother, her life's happiness was rooted in her family, which will soon grow by two more grandchildren. Surviving Linda are her children, Leigh Michael Walton of Littleton, CO and Brad Mariah Godfrey of Parker, CO; granddaughter, Alyssa; sister, Jane Rush; brothers, Jace Caryn Rush and Kim Rajka Rush; many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were, brother, Frank Debvor, and; sister, Elaine Rush. No visitation is scheduled. A Memorial Service will take place on Tuesday, 6:00 o'clock at Third Reformed Church, 2345 N. 10th Street. Arrangements by the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S.
