Galesburg, MI Leanore died January 21, 2008, in Kalalamzoo, MI on her 88th birthday. She was born January 21, 1920, in Kalamazoo, MI, a daughter of William and Peternella Burrma Lambeck and had been a life long area resident. She was preceded in death by: her parents; seven sisters, Ruth, Mary, Zella, Gertrude, Euna, Jean and Lucille; and two brothers, Bud and Leonard. On January 18, 1941, Leanore was united in marriage with Curtis C. Dunlap, who survives. Also surviving are: two daughters, Nellie M. David Buckhout of Three Rivers and Joan E. Frank Bowers of Kalamazoo; three grandchildren, Elizabeth Buckhout, Curtis Joe Allison Buckhout and Darren Bowers; five great-grandchildren, Hayley, Stephen, Lindsay, Madison and Nolan; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11:00 Thursday morning at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Comstock Chapel, 6121 King Highway, with the Rev. James Dyke, officiating. Private interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Galesburg. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
