Laurie Ann Cochran

Laurie Ann Cochran passed away in her sleep at home and surrounded by family on July 1st, 2021. Laurie's life began March 29, 1971 in Kalamazoo, MI where she lived most of her life. She was a Plainwell High School class of 1989 graduate. She was united in marriage to Keith Ryan Cochran in June of 1997. On October 30, 1991 and April 17, 1995, respectively, they welcome their two sons Matthew Ryan Thomas and Tyler James into this world. She was a free spirit, a hard worker, and so full of humor. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and aunt. She was an endearing friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her surviving family includes; her mother, Nancy Westphal; her sons, Matthew and Tyler Cochran; her siblings, Rob (Jodie) Quackenbush, Deb (Rob) Adams, Karen (Mike) Wendt, and Jamie Folk; her nieces and nephews, Ashley (Matt) Szymczak, Alyssa and Alexie Wendt, Cody Schroeder, Trent Quackenbush, and Kayleigh, Kendyle, and DJ Folk; and 3 great nephews, Aaiden and Connor Schroeder, and Bryce Szymczak. She was proceeded in death by her father James Lee Quackenbush and both maternal and paternal grandparents. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
