WALLER, Kenneth Paw Paw Passed away peacefully on Sunday with family at his side, at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo. Ken was born on November 23, 1930 in Thompsonville, Illinois, son of the late Lowell and Ruie Knight Waller. Ken?s marriage to Shirley Roe ended in divorce but still remained close friends. She preceded him in death. He was baptized at Oakwood Bible Church where he was a member for many years. Ken?s love of his family was above all else and would routinely sacrifice his own needs for the needs of his family. He loved his annual family camping trips. In his younger years, he enjoyed outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, hunting and riding motorcycles. Surviving him are; children, James Waller of Delton, Kenneth Jr .Alice Waller of Bloomingdale, Jeff Waller of Paw Paw, Connie Chester Brewer of Kalamazoo, Robin Joseph Gahring of Comstock, Sue Thomas Smith of Kalamazoo and Chris Waller of Paw Paw; grandchildren, Brian, Megan, Josh, Stacey, Edith, Melissa, Jamie, Johnny, Kerian, Matthew, Ginny, Jeremy, Jessica, Bethany, Tiffany; great grandchildren, DeAna, Timothy, Bradley, Kayla and Gabriel; niece, Debbie and; nephews, Dave and Mike; and a very dear friend, Grace McIntyre. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 27th, 5 - 7:00pm. at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick Street, Kalamazoo. Funeral services will take place at the Memorial Chapel on Thursday, June 28th at 11:00AM, Pastor Douglas Yoder, officiating. Committal service will immediately follow, at Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
