Kenneth William Blakley

Kenneth W. Blakley, age 90 of Schoolcraft, died on March 27, 2022. He was born on August 29, 1931, in Springfield, Illinois, the son of Fred and Emma (Neuman) Blakley. He was a graduate of Springfield High School and worked as a plant supervisor at Brundage Company. On June 27, 1953, he was united in marriage to his loving wife of 60 years, Bonnie Tipps, until her death in 2013. His family includes his sons: Kenneth (Susan) Blakley and David (Nancy) Blakley; 5 grandchildren: Candice, Rachelle, Megan, Stephen, and Amanda; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie; his parents; his grandson, Kenneth Steven, Jr.; and six brothers and sisters. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 4, 2022, in the chapel at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park, South.
