McGoldrick, Kathleen Irene
of Vicksburg, Michigan Passed away on Monday, March 18, 2013 at the age of 97. She was born in Almont, MI on June 5, 1915, the daughter of the late Charles I. and Mary A. Conley Sharp. She was a member of the Chapman Memorial Church of the Nazarene in Vicksburg and the South Church of the Nazarene in Lansing. She enjoyed crocheting, playing all kinds of board games, taking morning walks and bicycling. She was married to John McGoldrick in 1936; he preceded her in death in 1995. Surviving are four children, L. Kay Hefflebower of Kingsley, MI, John I. Judy McGoldrick of Phoenix, AZ, James McGoldrick of Sun City, AZ and Judy Gary Wirth of Cedar Springs, MI; 14 grandchildren, Sondra Gee, Diana Elliott, Vicki Clayton, Tami Pollock, Kimberly Dorian, Jodi Fishback, Kristin Grathouse, Jamie Burbank, Tarin Andrews, John McGoldrick, Kathleen McGoldrick, Jillian McGoldrick, Michael Martz and Nicole Weller; 26 great-grandchildren; 17 great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Albert Norma Sharp of Elwood and Charles Marion Sharp of Zephyrhills, FL; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters, Virgil Sharp, Vivian Sutton, Beulah Mae Sharp, Carl Sharp, Paul Sharp and Lorna Holley; and one son-in-law, Wayne Hefflebower. Friends may visit with the family from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 22, 2013 at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Ave. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at the Chapman Memorial Church of the Nazarene, 7520 E. U Avenue, Vicksburg, MI 49097. Pastor Dave Downs and Pastor George Harris will officiate with interment in Vicksburg Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Michigan, 830 S.
