Kalamazoo, MI Died Tuesday morning September 15, 2009 at her residence. Joyce was born April 18, 1926 in Three Rivers, Michigan a daughter of Harold and Crystal Avery Crippin. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident most of her life and was a volunteer with the Borgess Service League for many years. She was also a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Beverly; and a brother, Dale. On March 18, 1947, she was united in marriage to Dominic F. DeRosa who survives. Also surviving, a daughter, Diana Bartoletti of Kalamazoo; a son, Daniel Barbara DeRosa of Ft. Worth, TX; 4 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Private services and burial will be held in Fort Custer National Cemetery at a later date. There will be no visitation.
