Parchment, MI Died Friday afternoon June 5, 2009. Joseph was born December 16, 1963 in Lexington, Kentucky a son of Rudolph and Helen Shearer Rehacek. He had been a Kalamazoo area resident most of his life and was a cook at several restaurants for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by a son, Daren Chara Rehacek of Portage; 2 brothers, Ronald Rehacek of Chicago, IL and James Christina Rehacek of Parchment; a sister, Naomi Jane Rehacek of Battle Creek; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. A memorial gathering will be held 4 o'clock Saturday, June 13th at the #6252 Comstock VFW Post, 5990 E. Michigan Ave. Private burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements were made by the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St. www.langelands.com . 343-1508.
