FELDEN, John G.
of Kalamazoo Passed away on September 16, 2011 at his residence with his family by his side. John was born December 23, 1957 in Niles, MI, a son of George and Elaine Ewald Felden. He was a graduate of Homewood Flossmore High School in Flossmoor, IL. John was employed as a customer service agent in the banking industry. Upon moving to the Kalamazoo area, he became active in the Disability Network. John loved animals, fishing with his father, was a people person and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. John was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are his sister and brother-in-law Joann and Jon Schmuke of Ballwin, MO; nieces and nephews, Jon Maryanne Schmuke, Tom Jennifer Schmuke and Mike Christie Schmuke; seven great nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, September 19th at Zion Lutheran Church, 2122 Bronson Blvd. with the Rev. Timothy Seeber officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 - 11:00 am Monday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in John's memory may be directed to the Disability Network of S.W.
