SOULES, Jean A. McLain
Of Parchment Passed away Saturday evening, April 11, 2009 after a courageous battle with cancer. Jean was born August 26, 1952 in Kalamazoo the daughter of Hugh and Helen Wegner McLain. She graduated from Parchment High School in 1976 and on July 25, 1987 was united in marriage to her husband Bryan R. Soules. Jean was employed with the Stryker Corporation and was a devoted mother to her two boys. She was always willing to share with others and enjoyed finding and trying new recipes. Jean also loved garage sales and was always looking for that elusive bargain. She is survived by her husband Bryan; 2 sons, Matthew B. and Steven A. Soules; 2 brothers and a sister, Ron Ebby McLain, Steven McLain all of Kalamazoo, Mary Johnson of Gobles; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held 2:00 o'clock Friday, April 17 at the Spring Valley Wesleyan Church, 5240 Mt. Olivet Rd, with Pastor Ken Dykhoff officiating.
