Jayna Sue (Opt Hoff) Van Dellen

of Scotts, Michigan

Jayna Sue Van Dellen, age 69, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on November 22, 2019. Jayna was born November 27, 1949 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Cornelius and Betty (Potts) Opt Hoff. She was a 1967 graduate of Kalamazoo Christian High School and lifelong area resident. On October 25, 1968 she was united in marriage to Lubbert "Bert" Van Dellen. Jayna is a member of the Country Christian Evangelical Free Church.

Surviving are her husband of 51 years Lubbert Van Dellen; their children: Keren (Anthony) Kelley, Melissa (Abraham) Telling, Timothy (Molly) Van Dellen, Thomas (Caroline) Van Dellen; grandchildren: Lance, Lornelia, Daniel, Nicolas, Jason, Ciara, Benjamin, William, Tori, Anthony Jr, Jedidiah, Cornelius, Katherine, Reuben, Ethan, Emma, Megan, Corban, Teresa, Asher, Siler, Natalynn, Katelee, Thomas, Casey, Elsie; great-grandchildren: Khilyn, Makayla, Madelyn, Bryleigh, Anastasia, Maliah, Neveah; sisters: Beth (Garry) Demski, Robyn (Mike) Lilek; nieces and nephews. Jayna was preceded in death by her parents and by two daughters: Jennifer and Eva Van Dellen

A private family graveside service will be held in Ft. Custer National Cemetery. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, November 27th at the Country Christian Evangelical Free Church. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6-8pm and Wednesday 9-11am at the church and immediately following the service in the church hall.
