Janet Elaine (Currier) Langerveld

Janet passed away peacefully at Rose Arbor Hospice on July 23, 2023.  Janet was born November 6, 1936, and was one of the four children of Elvena and Asa Currier.  Janet married Carl Langerveld on November 5, 1959. She and Carl were members of Milwood United Methodist Church for many years, and she actively participated in school and community events. Janet was a gardener, photographer and genealogist and her family still enjoy her work. She cherished her grandchildren and enjoyed attending their sport activities and events and loved reunions and gatherings with family.

Janet is survived by her children Jim and Anna Langerveld and Carla and Michael Raphelson, grandchildren Janna, Max and Lucy, sister Marilyn Kreg, brother Dan Currier and many wonderful nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Milwood United Methodist Church. A private family service will be held.
