Kalamazoo, MI Died Sunday morning January 16, 2011 at Kairos Dwelling. Jim was born January 4, 1923 in Marion, IN, a son of Frank and Cementha York Moser. During WWII, he served from 1942-45 in the U.S. Army in the European Theatre. He was employed with Georgia Pacific for 38 years until his retirement in 1985. Jim was an avid fisherman and hunter, enjoyed playing his guitar and gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents and by 2 brothers Fred Culver and Joe Moser. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Adalberta Hais to whom he was married to on October 9, 1945. Also surviving are 2 sons, James Brenda Moser of Orlando, FL and Frank Jenny Moser of Cedar Springs, MI; 7 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 11:30 AM on Friday from the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Comstock Chapel, 6121 King Highway with Minister Robert Kershaw of the Voice of Revival Church officiating. Friends may meet the family beginning at 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Interment with military honors will be in Fort Custer National Cemetery.
