HARPER, Jacqulyn A. "Jackie"
of Kalamazoo, MI Passed away October 4, 2009 at her home. She was born March 24, 1951 in Kalamazoo, to the late John R. and Julie Endyke Hall. Jackie was said to be an eccentric lady who loved to shop, loved the water and was a collector of many things. She served in the U.S. Navy from 1977 until honorably discharged in July of 1990. Surviving Jackie are her sisters, Janet Lee Hendrix, Joan Jerry Bowman, and Joyce Russell King; brother, Mark Hall; step-mother, Martha Hall; her best friend, caregiver and step-sister, Alice Roberts; step-sister Connie Ron Bell; step-brother, Eston Betty Roberts; and several nieces and nephews, including a special niece and assistant caregiver, Morgan Kemp. No visitation or services are scheduled. Arrangements by the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 East Centre Ave. Memorials may be directed in Jackie's name to Kalamazoo County Department of Veterans Affairs, 3299 Gull Rd., Kalamazoo, MI 49048.
