LINDERS, Mr. Jack A.
Scotts, MI Promoted to Glory Thursday morning December 27, 2007. Jack was born June 5, 1934 in Kalamazoo, Michigan a son of Gerard and Mary Louis Linders. He had been a lifelong Kalamazoo area resident and was employed with the Portage Public Schools for 30 years, retiring in 1989. He was also a member of Lakeland Reformed Church. He was preceded in death by his parents. On December 16, 1967, he was united in marriage to Ruth Ann Sova Linders who survives. Also surviving, a son, Timm Martina Linders, of Downers Grove, IL; 2 grandchildren, Kari and Bridget; 7 brothers and sisters, Howard Leatha Linders of Richland, Marilyn Roseboom of Portage, Donald Judy Linders of Vicksburg, Karen William Kannegieter of Centreville, MI, Judy Gary Smith of Portage, Mary Beth Wyant of Galesburg, and Richard Nancy Linders of Hickory Corners; an aunt; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. A memorial services will be held 11 o?clock Monday at Lakeland Reformed Church, 10442 Sprinkle Rd. Visitation will be 3-7pm Sunday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Ave. Private burial will take place at a later date.
