Jack N. Crofoot

CROFOOT, Mr. Jack N.
of Portage, MI Went home to be with the Lord Wednesday morning February 29, 2012 at his residence. Jack was born July 3, 1932 in Kalamazoo, Michigan a son of Asa and Flossie Hennion Crofoot. He had been a lifelong Kalamazoo area resident and was employed with W.L. Molding for 32 years, retiring in 1992. He was also a member of the Portage Church of Christ. Jack was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Bruce Crofoot in 2001; and a great-granddaughter, McKenzie Crofoot in 2011. On August 1, 1992, he was united in marriage to Kathleyne Tibbs Crofoot who survives. He is survived by 8 children, Kimberly Jeffrey Boven of Portage, James Erin Crofoot of Otsego, Dawn Crofoot and Julie Duncan both of Wyoming, MI, Richard Linda Wadsworth of Kalamazoo, David Wadsworth of Centreville, MI, Wendy James Larson and Scott Joni Brooks all of Portage; 9 grandchildren, Crystal, Lindsey, Nicholas, Dustin, Brock, Asa, Brent, Alex, and Mitchell; 2 great-grandchildren; and several cousins. Services will be held 11 o'clock Saturday at the Portage Church of Christ, 6385 S. 12th St. Visitation will be 6-8pm Friday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Ave. Interment will be in Mt. Ever-Rest South Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Portage Church of Christ or Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan.
