of Portage Passed away, Monday, January 7, 2008 at Park Place Assisted Living, Kalamazoo. He was born April 2, 1925 in Kalamazoo, to the late Boleslaw and Mary Lupina. He was united in marriage to Ann Lupina for 58 years. Ann survives him. Henry was a 30-year retiree from the Upjohn Corporation and he received the William E. Upjohn Prize award in 1971. Surviving Henry are his children, Theodore Debra Lupina, Mary Ann Terry Watson, Patricia Ann Leo Turcotte and Victor Barbara Lupina; 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; and 1 niece and 1 nephew. A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 13th from 5 - 8:00 pm at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Ave., Portage, with a Rosary Service beginning at 7:00 pm. Memorial services will take place at 10:00 am on Monday, the 14th at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 1150 W. Centre Ave., Portage, Fr. Kevin Covert, officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed either to Hospice of Southwest Michigan or to St. Catherine of Siena Church, Portage. www.langelands.com
