Helen L. Porter

PORTER, Helen L. Of Kalamazoo, Michigan Mrs. Porter passed away Thursday morning, January 8, 2009. She was born July 31, 1922 in Indiana, the daughter of the late Elijah and Betty Estelle Rosenbalm. Helen was employed by Mead Paper Co. for 22 years until her retirement in 1962. Preceding her in death are her first husband, Irving Loomis in 1982; her second husband Buck Porter in 1982; 1 son, Richie Loomis in 2003 and 1 sister, Mildred Whitmore. Surviving are her daughter and her husband, Cheryl and David Greenquist of Kalamazoo, and her beloved dog and companion, Babe. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service.
