MADDOX, Harold E. "Ed"
of Kalamazoo Passed away June 26, 2011 at home. He was born July 3, 1941 in Melstrand, MI to the late Harold L. and Maude Brown Maddox. For nearly 45 loving years, Harold, "Ed" was united in marriage to the former Nancy Hagerman. Nancy survives. Also surviving Ed are his children; Michael Peggy Maddox of Kalamazoo, Christine Miller of Kalamazoo, Tamberly Maddox of Detroit, Katherine Maddox of Kalamazoo and Annette Darell Smith of Kalamazoo; 3 grandchildren, Krystal Maddox, Daniel Maddox and Destiny Maddox; sisters, Lois Tony Leiter, Janie Jimmy Wilson and Muggs Mathias; and many nieces and nephews. Also preceding Ed in death were, an infant son, Robert L. Maddox; and brother, William "Duke" Maddox. The family will greet friends on Wednesday from 4-8PM at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St. No other services are scheduled.
