FURLOW, Grace R.
of Kalamazoo Grace passed away Saturday, January 1, 2011 at Kairos Dwelling. She was born July 31, 1923 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of the late Harold and Grace Burnham. Grace was a lifelong resident of Kalamazoo and an 1941 graduate of Kalamazoo Central High School. Married in 1946 to Howard "Louie" Furlow. Surviving are her sons, Louie Furlow of Toledo, OH, Dennis Furlow of Fort Worth, TX, Michael Furlow and Gerald Furlow of Kalamazoo; sisters, Marilyn Knapp and Ruth Smith both of Kalamazoo; and granddaughters and grandsons. Preceding her in death were her husband, Howard "Louie" Furlow in 1995. Honoring Grace's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or services.
