Kalamazoo, Michigan Passed away Saturday, August 9, 2008. He was born November 22, 1953 the son of Mathew and Dora Ann Jenkins Kiewiet. Gordon had been a resident of the Kalamazoo area for many years and was employed as a painter. He was preceded in death by his mother; a sister, Cynthia Dimock and a brother, Lawrence Kiewiet. Gordon is survived by his wife, Kathryn Arnold; a step-daughter, Samantha Arnold; his father, Mathew Kiewiet; brothers, Stephen Kiewiet and Scott Kiewiet; sisters, Brenda Loviska, Bernadine De Blecourt, Carla Moore and Kimberly Reed; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1:00 PM in the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Galesburg Chapel, 145 W. Battle Creek St. with Pastor Herb Hutchinson officiating.
