VAN SICKLE, Mrs. Gloria J.
of Kalamazoo, Michigan Died Wednesday morning January 25, 2012. Gloria was born on November 29, 1925 in Saginaw, Michigan, a daughter of James and Susan Wieneke Trew. She was united in marriage on August 13, 1945 to Walter Keith Van Sickle, who preceded her in death on May 17, 2010. Gloria was a homemaker, mother, golfer and bowler. Gloria and Walter lived in multiple cities during their 64 year marriage and lived life to its fullest. She was also preceded in death by her parents; and a daughter, Teri in 1977. Surviving are 2 daughters, Vicki William Bilyk of Gobles, Mi. and Peggy Jerry Patten Van Sickle of White Bear Lake, MN; 3 grandchildren, Michael Kari Bilyk, Matthew Bilyk, and Christopher Kerri Damm Bilyk; a great grandson, Logan Bilyk; brother, Donald Elaine Trew of Saginaw; sister, Berde Weber of Salem, MA; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 29th from 1-4:00 o'clock at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 South 9th Street where services will be held on Monday, January 30th at 11:00 o'clock. Graveside service will be held Tuesday, January 31st at 12:00 o'clock at Roselawn Cemetery, Saginaw, Mich. Memorials may be directed to Rose Arbor Hospice Care.
