Climax Passed away Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo. Glenn was born to Carl and Viola Stanley Seybert at home on the family farm in Climax Township on November 24, 1928 and was a lifelong resident of Climax. He worked for Gibson Inc. for 32 years and Heritage Guitar for 8 years. He served 2 years in the Army during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Joyce; and a son, Michael. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Donna; a brother, James Janet of Climax; a son, Gary Maria of Colon, a son, Terry friend, Janice of Climax and a daughter, Karen Rick of Lakeland, FL; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM, at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Climax Chapel, 205 E. Maple St. with Pastor Glenn Litchfield officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, beginning at 10:00 AM until service time. Burial will follow at Gilson Cemetery in Scotts, MI.
